Gautam Garg

Gautam brings more than two decades of experience with a background spanning technology, investment banking, corporate strategy, and software development, with deep expertise in executing buy-side and sell-side M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions. He specializes in enterprise software, AI/ML, and government technology.

Previously, Gautam served as a Managing Director in BTIG’s Investment Banking division. He has also held roles at Houlihan Lokey (fka GCA Savvian), Deutsche Bank and Oracle.

Gautam earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business and holds both an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
